At MissouriFanStore.com, your complete satisfaction and authenticity is our greatest concern.  Our return policy is as follows:

Return Number

NO returns will be accepted without a Return Number.  Please call 800-345-2868 or email webmail@MissouriFanStore.com to obtain the RN.  Items sent back to the corporate office without an RA may be assessed a shipping charge as these items need to be returned one of many shipping locations.  The shipping assessment will be deducted from the price of the product returned, if that item is deemed returnable with no RA.

Autographed Memorabilia

MissouriFanStore.com prides itself on providing 100% authentic memorabilia.  In order to insure that every item in our secure inventory system is guaranteed 100% authentic, we can not accept returns of autographed merchandise (unless damaged in transit).  This insures that a fraudulent item is not inserted in place of the authentic item and then sent back to MissouriFanStore.com for sale to another customer, thus nullifying our authenticity guarantee.  There are no exceptions. 

Pre-Ordered Memorabilia

All pre-orders of product are non-refundable due to contractual obligations with athletes based on pre-order quantities.

Custom Items

All personalized and customized pieces, including but not limited to: framed, personalized, inscribed, made to order and custom products are not available for return (unless damaged in transit and reported within 48 hrs of delivery).

Damaged Orders

Returns and Exchanges for damaged goods are accepted within 48 business hours of item delivery.  A damage claim # can be obtained from a MissouriFanStore.com representative via phone or email.  In the unlikely event of a damaged item, a replacement item will be sent, store credit issued, or refund applied.  MissouriFanStore.com will pay for all shipping costs in a damage event.  Damaged items must be held by the customer with the original packaging, so Fedex can inspect the damaged package for reimbursement.  Products are signed off by representatives in the shipping warehouse before packaging for quality assurance; in some cases we may ask for a digital image of your product to investigate the damage.

Lost Orders

Lost in transit orders must be reported to MissouriFanStore.com immediately.  An investigation will be initiated and upon the conclusion of that investigation a new item may be shipped to the customer.  Please use the tracking # to track your delivery, if an order is not reported lost to our company within 10 business days of delivery there will be no recourse for reimbursement.

Fees

All returns (including cancellations and refusals) are subject to a 30% restocking fee, as well as any shipping, handling, and Fedex charges incurred to return the item(s) and the original shipping charge.  Please note there are no fees for damaged items. We accept return up to 30 days after product has been delivered.

Shipment Times and Guarantees

Please note the processing time on your item, and consider that in addition to your chosen delivery method.  No shipment is guaranteed to arrive by any given date unless there is a promotional shipping guarantee at the time of your order.  An order received later than the desired date because processing time was ignored is not eligible for a refund.

Clothing and Non Autographed Item Returns

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact customer service by calling 800-345-2868 or emailing webmail@MissouriFanStore.com.  They will give you return instructions.  Returns for clothing and non autographed items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Athlete Signatures

Images on the site are a representation of the items.  All autographed items are guaranteed authentic.  Due to human element, signature size and position may vary slightly from item to item.

Errors

Fees incurred to MissouriFanStore.com because of address key-in errors by the customer will be charged to the customer.  Product omissions and errors from MissouriFanStore.com must be reported within 10 days of order placement.  Many of MissouriFanStore.com's systems are automated included our inventory system.  If an item has an incorrect title, image, or price, an agent will contact the customer as soon as possible for notification of error.  MissouriFanStore.com is not liable for these technical errors and will not honor the sale of erroneous prices or titles.  If the customer receives more items than paid for (for example: customer paid for 1 signed baseball and receives 2), the customer must contact MissouriFanStore.com immediately to request a prepaid carrier pickup of item(s).  MissouriFanStore.com reserves the right to take legal action to reclaim property against any party uncooperative and refusing to return property which has no receipt records of payment.

Separate Shipments

Please note, due to our large inventory, some items may ship from multiple locations shipments may arrive on different days.  Orders are shipped as they are packaged to ensure fast delivery.

Canceling your order

If you decide to cancel your order, immediately call 800-345-2868 AND email webmail@MissouriFanStore.com with your order # and the item you wish to cancel.  A cancellation request will be submitted to the warehouse your product(s) ships from.  Cancellation requests are not confirmations.  If your item is packaged and labeled it cannot be canceled, please follow return instructions if you would like to return the package.

Holiday Return Policy

 Customers who order and disregard the suggestion at checkout to use expedited delivery as per the holiday shipping policy WILL NOT be able to return their items if they do not arrive in time for the specific holiday.  Suggested shipping method is a service provided to the customer and is clearly displayed at checkout.  This is the only way to guarantee holiday delivery.  If shipping times need to be clarified please call or email a representative.  Keep in mind Fedex does not guarantee Fedex Ground delivery, as they do their expedited services, so it is suggested to use expedited services on all orders.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable purchases.  Certificates can either be mailed or emailed.
